By accessing this website, submitting a waitlist registration, or applying for membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Membership in The Mackenzie Club is by invitation only and subject to approval at our sole discretion. Submitting a waitlist registration or application does not guarantee membership. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application without providing a reason.

• Membership is non-transferable and applies only to the named individual
• Members must be at least 18 years of age
• Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and current contact information
• Membership privileges may be suspended or revoked for violation of these Terms or club policies

Membership dues, fees, and payment schedules will be communicated to members upon acceptance. By becoming a member, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable membership dues and fees on time
• Provide valid payment information and authorize recurring charges as applicable
• Accept that fees are subject to change with reasonable notice to members
• Understand that certain fees may be non-refundable as specified in your membership agreement

All members and guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the values of The Mackenzie Club. This includes:

• Treating fellow members, guests, and staff with respect and courtesy
• Adhering to all club rules, dress codes, and course etiquette
• Maintaining the pace of play and care of the course and facilities
• Refraining from any behavior that is disruptive, discriminatory, or harmful

Violations of the code of conduct may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of membership at the discretion of club management.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Mackenzie Club and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our website or services
• Any injuries sustained on club premises or during club activities
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal information
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in website content

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate membership in accordance with the terms of the membership agreement. The Mackenzie Club reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms or any club policies
• Non-payment of dues or fees
• Conduct detrimental to the club or its members
• Any reason deemed necessary to protect the interests of the club

Upon termination, your right to access club facilities and services will cease immediately. Any outstanding balances remain due and payable.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Mackenzie Club or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
